Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once your request is received, our team will confirm the service required, property location, and estimated arrival time. While we always aim to provide timely service, arrival times may occasionally vary due to traffic conditions, weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our technicians will inspect the issue and provide a quotation before any work begins whenever possible. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes, additional materials or spare parts are required, or hidden issues are discovered during the repair process. No additional work will be carried out without your approval.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and commercial projects, separate payment terms may apply and will be communicated in advance.
To help us provide our services efficiently, customers agree to provide accurate contact and property information, ensure safe access to the property, and inform our technicians of any known hazards or issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, incorrect information, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if a technician has already been dispatched, the booking is cancelled after arrival, or repeated last-minute cancellations occur.
We take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Any service warranty provided will be explained at the time of the job and may vary depending on the type of repair and materials used. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or negligence, work performed by third parties after our service, or customer-supplied materials and parts.
While we take every reasonable step to provide safe and professional services, We Will Fix Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of business or profits, delays caused by events beyond our control, or pre-existing defects and hidden conditions within a property. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We offer 24/7 emergency maintenance services; however, immediate response times cannot always be guaranteed and may depend on technician availability, location, traffic conditions, and weather.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services are subject to the specific terms outlined in the maintenance agreement provided to the customer. Coverage, response times, included visits, exclusions, and payment terms will be clearly detailed within the agreement.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the website’s functionality, upload harmful software, use the website for fraudulent activities, or copy and reproduce website content without permission.
